Bite-sized self-help knowledge coupled with the preparation of your mind & body to accelerate your self-improvement journey.

Snackable Self-Help is where the desire and knowledge of what you want to change, or improve in yourself, blends with how physical and emotional readiness can accelerate that self-improvement journey. Or said another way, Snackable Self-Help pulls together the principle of learning through self-help podcasts, articles, books (our own or any other), while ensuring your underlying ‘engine’ (mind and body) is in the best possible condition to underpin the desired growth.

The fundamental question is, how well are you looking after the foundation of your underlying engine (mind and body), which are sleep, hydration & nutrition, exercise & movement and your mental health basics. We call these four the ‘foundational accelerators’ and they will collectively impact the speed of your self-improvement progress and how sustainable that progress is.

We can have all the knowledge, tips, and tricks at our disposal to help us grow in our chosen self-help area, whether that be self-confidence, career development, motivation, communication, organization, the list is endless. But if we are not sleeping well, focusing on eating vs. essential nutrition, hydrating properly, moving our bodies enough, or simply taking care of the mental health basics, then progress in what we are focusing on is going to be slow going and not sustainable.
